Developed from hundreds of hours of interviews with women from all walks of life, I Hear You is a web series that represents a wide-variety of people and a wide-variety of social issues.

There are many alarming statistics regarding women’s health and well-being. We as a company understand that these are difficult statistics to read, and caution that there are several statistics regarding non-consensual violence, bodily harm, and neglect.

We also firmly recognize that, as alarming as these stats are, often these statistics do not include how the trans*, LGBQTIA+, disabled, and BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of colour) population are affected.

We specifically sought to find inclusive statistics, but even so most statistics that we could find applied solely to cis-heterosexual white women; further stressing that marginalized individuals in Canada and the United States are ignored, under-served, and neglected, even in case studies.
